Is it really February?

The last few weeks have flown and I am very pleased to say I have written many, many words this year. My Entangled romantic suspense novel is due to my editor in a couple of weeks and I have been immersed in the creation of my world of intrigue.This story is set in the beautiful tropical playground of the Whitsunday Islands where Holiday Affair began.
As soon as that is finished I will be moving (in my writer's mind) to the outback Kimberley region of the top end of Australia to complete Outback Affair.  Then a little visit back to San Francisco to finish my sweet romance set in Half Moon Bay!

Then the excitement begins as well as the promotion trail... Italian Affair will be released in June and I am so looking forward to seeing the cover of this one. I loved writing Italian Affair and exploring Lipari Island!

In the coming months I have some more trips planned... real ones and writing ones. Two more visits to San Francisco to finish a series and a trip to Glastonbury to explore rock festivals in the seventies for my time slip novel! (both in my writer's mind only unfortunately)

At the end of June we are going on a real trip for six weeks of camping in the top end of Australia...in crocodile country...Hmm. Watch out for some interesting wildlife stories from me next year! I am already experiencing some angst as I know the internet connectivity is going to be very sporadic. It will be a fabulous opportunity to write without the temptation of the evils of social networking!

My featured book for this week...Blind Lust... which despite the title is a sweet paranormal romance!

To celebrate Valentine's Day I am giving away three copies of Blind Lust...including one print copy to a lucky Australian reader. Blind Lust has been nominated in the favorite paranormal romance for the Australian Romance Readers' Awards. The awards dinner is in Brisbane on the 2nd March and I was very excited to be nominated in two categories. (Holiday Affair has also been nominated in the favorite continuing series section)
